Giona A. Nazzaro
Giona A. Nazzaro (born 1 June 1965 in Zurich, Switzerland) is the Artistic Director of the Locarno Film Festival. He is also the General Delegate of the Venice International Film Critics’ Week. and a member of the selection committee at the International Film Festival Rotterdam and he collaborates with the Locarno Film Festival and the Visions du Réel Nyon. He is a board member of the European Film Awards. He was named the artistic director of the Locarno Film Festival in November 2020 after the resignation of Lili Hinstin. International Film Festival Rotterdam
The International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR) is an annual film festival held at the end of January in various locations in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Visions Du Réel
Visions du Réel (Visions of Reality) is an internationally renowned documentary film festival held in April each year in Nyon, Switzerland. Established in 1969 as the Nyon International Documentary Film Festival, the event adopted its current name in 1995 and is the largest Swiss documentary festival. At its inception, the festival promoted Swiss films and films that were otherwise inaccessible — that is, those created in the Eastern Bloc countries behind the Iron Curtain. European Film Awards
The European Film Awards (or European Film Academy Awards) have been presented annually since 1988 by the European Film Academy to recognize excellence in European cinematic achievements. Lili Hinstin (born 10 July 1977 in France) is a French artistic director. She was artistic director of the EntreVues Belfort International Festival and Locarno Film Festival. Lili Hinstin founded the production company ''Les Films du Saut du Tigre'' in 2001. From 2005 to 2009 she was a programmer for the French Academy in Rome – Villa Médicis, she was deputy artistic director for Cinéma du réel International Festival at Centre Pompidou from 2010 to 2013. ''MicroMega'' is a political, cultural, social and economic newsmagazine published bimonthly in Rome, Italy. The title ''MicroMega'' is probably inspired by a tale by Voltaire.
