Yianna Terzi ( el, Γιάννα Τερζή; born Ioanna Terzi [] on 1 December 1980) is a Greeks, Greek singer and songwriter. Biography Terzi was born in 1980 in Thessaloniki, the daughter of Greek singer Paschalis Terzis. At age 20, she moved to Athens to pursue a music career, releasing her first CD single in 2005, and the album ''Gyrna to kleidi'' in 2006 through Cobalt Music. She then signed to Minos EMI and released the album in 2008 along with a single of the same name. Terzi later moved to the United States and worked as a talent scout for Interscope Records. Terzi was selected as one of the twenty shortlisted artists for the ''Ellinikós Telikós 2018'' with the song " Oniro mou" on 27 October 2017, representing Panik Records. "Oniro mou" ( el, Όνειρό μου, translit=Óneiró mou, lit=My dream) is a song performed by Greek singer Yianna Terzi. The song was released as a CD single and digital download on 15 February 2018 through Panik Records, and was written by Terzi along with Aris Kalimeris, Dimitris Stamatiou, and Mihalis Papathanasiou. "Better Love" is a song performed by Greek-Canadian singer Katerine Duska. The song represented Greece in the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 in Tel Aviv, where it placed 21st in the final with 74 points. It was released on 6 March 2019. Musical and lyrical content "Better Love" was written by Duska, Greek singer-songwriter Leon of Athens, and Scottish singer-songwriter David Sneddon. The song was described by ERT, Greece's competing broadcaster, as a song about higher love, more specifically unconditional and unapologetic love. Duska explained that the song was meant to express a form of invitation, or embrace, to understand about love and what love actually means. The song was written in D-sharp. She represented Greece in the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 with the song " Better Love" which was released on 6 March 2019. Biography Duska was born on 5 November 1989 in Montreal, Canada, and currently resides in Athens, Greece. She released her 2015 debut album with the title '' Embodiment''. Greece has participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 42 times since its debut in , missing six contests in that time (1975, 1982, 1984, 1986, 1999 and 2000).
