''Ghetto Postage'' is the ninth studio album by American rapper Master P. It was released in November 28, 2000 on No Limit Records and Priority Records in the United States. This is Master P's last album to be distributed by Priority. The album features Snoop Dogg, Silkk the Shocker and Tamar Braxton. The album included the singles "Bout Dat" featuring Silkk the Shocker and "Souljas". The album was mostly produced by Carlos Stephens and Donald XL Robertson along with Myke Diesel. Critical reception ''Ghetto Postage'' garnered mixed reviews from music critics, who were divided over the production and Master P's musical performance. At Metacritic, which assigns a normalized rating out of 100 to reviews from mainstream critics, the album received an average score of 57, based on 6 reviews. Percy Robert Miller Sr. (born April 29, 1967), known by his stage name Master P, is an American rapper, record executive, record producer, actor, and entrepreneur. He is the founder of the record label No Limit Records, which was relaunched as New No Limit Records through Universal Records and Koch Records, and again as Guttar Music Entertainment, and currently, No Limit Forever Records. He is also the founder and CEO of P. Miller Enterprises and Better Black Television, which was a short-lived online television network. Miller gained fame in the mid-1990s with the success of his hip hop group TRU as well as his fifth solo rap album '' Ice Cream Man'', which contained his first single " Mr. Ice Cream Man". Corey Miller (born March 9, 1971), better known by his stage name C-Murder, is an American rapper and songwriter. He initially gained fame in the mid-1990s as a part of his brother Master P's label No Limit Records, primarily as a member of the label's supergroup, TRU. Miller went on to release several solo albums of his own through the label, including 1998's platinum '' Life or Death''. C-Murder has released nine albums altogether on six different labels, No Limit Records, TRU Records, Koch Records, Asylum Records, RBC Records, and Venti Uno. Vyshonn King Miller (born June 18, 1975), better known by his stage name Silkk the Shocker, is an American rapper and actor. He originally went under the stage name Silkk, but later adopted Silkk the Shocker after the release of his first album. ''Ghetto D'' is the sixth studio album by American rapper Master P, released on September 2, 1997 on No Limit Records and Priority Records. Chart performance The album debuted at #137 on the ''Billboard'' 200. In Its second week the album then moved to #1 on the Billboard 200 and Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums selling 260,000 copies in its second week. Weighted Mean
The weighted arithmetic mean is similar to an ordinary arithmetic mean (the most common type of average), except that instead of each of the data points contributing equally to the final average, some data points contribute more than others. The notion of weighted mean plays a role in descriptive statistics and also occurs in a more general form in several other areas of mathematics.
