Ghassan Khatib
Ghassan Khatib ( ar, غسان الخطيب) (1954- ) is a Palestinian politician. He was born in Nablus, in the West Bank, and is a member of the Palestinian People's Party. Khatib is married with three children. He was also a member of the Madrid Peace Delegation in 1991 and was involved in the Washington negotiations from 1991 to 1993. Birzeit University (BZU; ar, جامعة بيرزيت) is a public university in the West Bank, in the State of Palestine, registered by the Palestinian Ministry of Social Affairs as charitable organization. It is accredited by the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education, Ministry of Higher Education and located in Birzeit, West Bank, near Ramallah. Planning Minister Of The Palestinian National Authority
The Planning Ministry of the Palestinian National Authority is the branch of the Palestinian government, that is responsible for cross-sector planning, developing comprehensive development policies with the participation of all relevant Palestinian institutions and to coordinate sector planning in specific ministries, to ensure their consistency with cross-sector approaches and plans. Any plan has to be approved by the Palestinian National Authority Cabinet and then ratified by the Palestinian Legislative Council.
