Gert Joubert
Gert Joubert (born 1948 in Mowbray, Cape Town) is a Namibian businessperson. Joubert was born in South Africa but moved to Namibia during the 1960s. While in university, Joubert was followed as a suspected communist by the secret police of the apartheid regime until he approached the police and explained his support for capitalism. Joubert began his business career as a cattle entrepreneur near Otjiwarongo. In 2000, he ventured into eco-tourism and owns the Erindi Game Reserve near Omaruru in the Erongo Region. Mowbray, Cape Town
Mowbray is one of the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, South Africa and lies on the slopes of Devil's Peak. Mowbray is at a junction of several major Cape Town highways and has an important multi-modal public transport interchange at Mowbray railway station. Its original name was Driekoppen ("Three heads" in Dutch). Geography Mowbray is bounded on the west by the M3 freeway, beyond which lies Devil's Peak, and on the north by the N2 freeway, beyond which lies the suburb of Observatory. Namibia

Otjiwarongo
Otjiwarongo ( hz, beautiful place) is a city of 28,000 inhabitants in the Otjozondjupa Region of Namibia. It is the district capital of the Otjiwarongo electoral constituency and also the capital of Otjozondjupa. Otjiwarongo is situated in central-north Namibia on the TransNamib railway. It is the biggest business centre for Otjozondjupa Region. Otjiwarongo is located on the B1 road and its links between Windhoek, the Golden Triangle of Otavi, Tsumeb and Grootfontein, and Etosha National Park. Omaruru, Namibia
Omaruru is a city in the Erongo Region of central Namibia. The town has 14,000 inhabitants and owns of land. It is situated near Mount Erongo, on the usually dry Omaruru River. It is located on the main paved road from Swakopmund to Otjiwarongo. The name in the Otjiherero language means 'bitter milk', as Herero cattle herds used to graze on a local bush that turned their milk bitter. Omaruru is known for its annual festival where the Herero people commemorate their past local chiefs, its winery, and for the dinosaur footprints at nearby Otjihaenamparero. History Omaruru was established in 1863 by Wilhelm Zeraua, the first chief of the ''White Flag'' clan of the OvaHerero people. Erongo Region
Erongo is one of the 14 regions of Namibia. The capital is Swakopmund. It is named after Mount Erongo, a well-known landmark in Namibia and in this area. Erongo contains the municipalities of Walvis Bay, Swakopmund, Henties Bay and Omaruru, as well as the towns Arandis, Karibib and Usakos. All the main centres within this region are connected by paved roads. The Erongo Region had a population of 150,809 in 2011. As of 2020, it had 119,784 registered voters.
