Germein
Germein is a pop band based in Adelaide, South Australia. Previously known as the Germein Sisters, its members are three siblings, Georgia Germein, Ella Germein, and Clara Germein. They have toured Europe, China, New Zealand and Australia. Their 2013 debut album, ''Because You Breathe'', was recorded in Ireland. In 2018, the band played a 15-date stadium tour in the UK, supporting British group Little Mix on their Summer Hits Tour, performing to audiences of up to 35,000 people. That same year, they recorded the single "Knocking At My Door", as a follow-up to their previous track "Talking", which had received national airplay in Australia. Summer Hits Tour
The Summer Hits Tour 2018 was the first stadium tour by British girl group Little Mix. It began on July 6, 2018 in East Sussex, England, and concluded on July 29, 2018 in Inverness, Scotland. The group performed at fifteen shows across England, Wales, and Scotland and grossed over $10.4 million worldwide, and sold over 150,000 tickets through seven confirmed shows. The tours official box office and attendance numbers are unknown because information from eight other previous shows are unaccounted for. British boy group Rak-Su and Australian music trio Germein was announced as support acts. Background The tour was announced on 27 November 2017, with 15 stadium shows. The South Australian Music Awards, also known as SA Music Awards, commonly SAM Awards, formerly Fowler's Live Music Awards (FLMA), are annual awards that exist to recognise, promote and celebrate excellence in the South Australian contemporary music industry. MGM Distribution (Metropolitan Groove Merchants) is the largest independent distributor of Australian music and music related merchandise and was established in April 1998 by Sebastian Chase. MGM Distribution was specifically set up as a distribution hub to service independent labels and artists. MGM Distribution is totally focused on a specific agenda - dealing with retail, promoting its releases to retail, ensuring that orders are filled correctly and dispatched expediently. Kalahari
The Kalahari Desert is a large semi-arid sandy savanna in Southern Africa extending for , covering much of Botswana, and parts of Namibia and South Africa. It is not to be confused with the Angolan, Namibian, and South African Namib coastal desert, whose name is of Khoekhoegowab origin and means "vast place".
