Stefan Konrad Raab (born 20 October 1966) is a German television producer, businessman, musician, and former entertainer and television host. From 1999 to 2015, he hosted the late-night comedy talk show ''TV total'' and has also created a number of other television shows, such as ''Schlag den Raab'' and ''Bundesvision Song Contest''. Raab began his TV career hosting the comedy show ''Vivasion'' in 1993. He became well known in 1994 after composing a hit single spoofing national football coach Berti Vogts. In the early 2010s, Raab was considered the "most powerful man in German entertainment television". Raab is also known for his recurring role as producer, writer and performer of German entries to the Eurovision Song Contest between 1998 and 2012. Ralph Siegel (born 30 September 1945) is a German record producer and songwriter. Siegel is one of the most notable figures at the Eurovision Song Contest, in which he has participated with 24 songs so far, among them the 1982 winner song Ein bisschen Frieden. Life and career Siegel is a prolific producer in the German genre of Schlager music. Since the early 1970s, he worked with artists like Udo Jürgens, Mary Roos, Heino, Rex Gildo, Michael Holm, Chris Roberts, Costa Cordalis, Mireille Mathieu, Peter Alexander, Roy Black, Karel Gott and Marianne Rosenberg. Manfred Alois Segieth (born 7 July 1946), known by his stage name Fancy, is a German singer, songwriter, musician and record producer. Early life Manfred Alois Segieth was born on 7 July 1946 in Munich. Fancy started playing guitar at the age of twelve. While attending a boarding school where the enjoyment of worldly music was not allowed, he had to secretly listen to the pop records of artists such as Ted Herold and Peter Kraus. At age 14, he switched to the humanistic high school in Munich. During and after high school, he worked in various bands as a guitarist and bass player, though he mainly performed as a singer. Knorkator
Knorkator is a German band from Berlin that combines heavy metal with comical elements. They proclaim themselves to be "Germany's band in the world" (german: Deutschlands meiste Band der Welt), as the title "The best band in the world" was already taken by Die Ärzte. The name is a personification of , a dated adjective used in Berlin and the Ruhr basin meaning "great" or "fabulous" (similar to the English slang word "swell"). The band was founded in 1994, but only played in the Berlin/Brandenburg area until 1998. Knorkator gained further fame (and some notoriety) in 2000 with their performance of (sic; literally, in Berlin dialect, "I'm turning into a pig") in the German national qualification for the Eurovision Song Contest. David Brandes (born David Brändle; December 9, 1968 in Basel, Switzerland) is a Swiss-born German songwriter and producer. Biography Brandes was born in Basel, Switzerland and raised in Germany. He has written and produced for many artists, including E-Rotic, Bad Boys Blue, Chris Norman, Lemon Ice and Vanilla Ninja. E-Rotic are a Eurodance duo act formed in 1994 by German record producer David Brandes. The act is best known in Europe for the hits "Max Don't Have Sex With Your Ex" and "Fred Come to Bed".
