Gerald Kyffin-Taylor
Brigadier-General Gerald Kyffin-Taylor (9 March 1863 – 11 December 1949) was a British soldier and politician. Kyffin-Taylor was educated at Liverpool College.''Who Was Who'', Published by A&C Black Limited. Online edition, 2020 His brothers included William Kyffin-Taylor, 1st Baron Maenan, and Austin Taylor MP. In 1884 he qualified as a solicitor and went into partnership with John Lamb, and later in the firm of Snowball, Kyffin-Taylor and Pruddah. In 1886, he joined the volunteer force (later Territorial Army, specifically the 5th battalion of the King's (Liverpool) Regiment as a private. In 1889 he transferred to the 2nd Lancashire Brigade, Royal Artillery, being commissioned as ensign. In 1907 he became Lieutenant Colonel of the same unit. With the formation of the West Lancashire Territorial Association in 1908 the force became the 1st West Lancashire Brigade Royal Field Artillery (T.A.). Gerry Taylor
Gerald William Taylor (born 15 August 1947) is an English former footballer who played in the Football League as a defender for Wolverhampton Wanderers, where he spent the majority of his playing career, and Swindon Town, and in the United Soccer Association league for the Los Angeles Wolves. Career Taylor was born in Hull, and began his football career at Wath Wanderers, the Yorkshire-based nursery club of Wolverhampton Wanderers, before heading south to join them. After proving himself in the reserve ranks, he progressed to making his first team debut on 31 December 1966 in a goalless draw with Ipswich Town in the Second Division. He remained in the team for the remainder of the 1966–67 season as the club won promotion to the First Division, and was part of the squad that won the United Soccer Association league that summer under the Los Angeles Wolves guise. The Daleks
''The Daleks'' (also known as ''The Mutants'' and ''The Dead Planet'') is the second serial in the British science fiction television series '' Doctor Who'', which was first broadcast on BBC TV in seven weekly parts from 21 December 1963 to 1 February 1964. The U-Bix Classic was a golf tournament held in Australia from 1984 to 1987 at The Federal Golf Club, Canberra. The event was called the Honeywell Classic in 1984. The tournament was held during November in 1984 and 1985, and again in January 1987, with no edition in 1986 due to being rescheduled from November to January. Deportivo Saprissa is a Costa Rican sports club, mostly known for its football team. The club is based in San Juan de Tibás, San José, and play their home games at the Estadio Ricardo Saprissa Aymá. The team's signature colours are purple (burgundy) and white. It is the main team representing the capital, but with the distinction of being massively followed throughout the whole country and overseas.
