Banks County is a County (United States), county located in the northeastern part of the U.S. state of Georgia (U.S. state), Georgia. As of the 2020 United States Census, 2020 census, the population was 18,035, down from 18,395 in 2010. The county seat is Homer, Georgia, Homer. Soque River

State Route 365 (SR 365) is a state highway that travels within portions of Gwinnett, Hall, Habersham, and Stephens counties.
