George de la Poer Beresford, 1st Marquess of Waterford, KP, PC (Ire) (8 January 1735 – 3 December 1800) was an Irish politician, known as George Beresford, 2nd Earl of Tyrone from 1763 to 1789. Beresford was the eldest son of Marcus Beresford, 1st Earl of Tyrone and his wife, Katherine, Baroness de la Poer. Charles Monck, 1st Viscount Monck
Charles Stanley Monck, 1st Viscount Monck, was born in 1754 and died on 9 June 1802. He was the 1st son of Thomas Monck MP, by his wife, Judith Mason, daughter of Robert Mason, of Mason Brook. He was MP for Gorey from 1790 to 1798. He gained the title of 1st Viscount Monck in 1801 as a reward for voting for the Act of Union (1800). He had already been created Baron Monck, of Ballytrammon in the County of Wexford, in 1797, also in the Peerage of Ireland. Admiral Sir John Poo (or de la Poer) Beresford, 1st Baronet, (1766 – 2 October 1844) was a Royal Navy admiral, Second Sea Lord and Conservative MP. Early life Beresford was born in 1766 at Waterford. He was an illegitimate son of George Beresford, 2nd Earl of Tyrone; as well as a number of legitimate half-siblings, Beresford was also brother to General William Beresford, 1st Viscount Beresford, another illegitimate son. Beresford was educated at Catterick Bridge in Yorkshire before he joined the Royal Navy in 1782. He was taken on as a protégé by Captain Lord Longford in the 74-gun ship of the line HMS ''Alexander'', as a captain's servant. Reynell Baronets
The Reynell Baronetcy, of Laleham in the County of Middlesex, was a title in the Baronetage of Ireland. It was created on 27 July 1678 for Richard Reynell, subsequently Member of Parliament for Ashburton in Devon, and Lord Chief Justice of the King's Bench in Ireland 1691–1695. The 2nd Baronet, his son, represented the borough of Wicklow in the Irish House of Commons, but in contrast to his father had a generally undistinguished career. The 6th Baronet was a distinguished soldier who fought at the Battle of Waterloo. The title became extinct on his death in 1848. Major-General Sir Denis Pack (7 October 1775–24 July 1823) was an Anglo-Irish military officer during the Napoleonic Wars. Background A descendant of Sir Christopher Packe, Pack was the son of the Very Reverend Thomas Pack, Dean of Ossory in the east of Ireland. His mother was Catherine, daughter and heiress of Denis Sullivan of Berehaven, Ireland. His tomb is in St. Canice's Cathedral in Kilkenny, Ireland near Kilkenny Castle. Lord George Thomas Beresford GCH, PC (12 February 1781 – 26 October 1839) was an Anglo-Irish soldier, courtier and Tory politician. He served as Comptroller of the Household from 1812 to 1830.
