General Logistics Department
People's Liberation Army General Logistics Department (GLD; ) is a former chief organ under China's Central Military Commission. It organizes and leads the logistics construction and oversees housing, supplies, hospitals, and barracks of the People's Liberation Army. Its directors included Yang Lisan (1949-53), Huang Kecheng (1954-56), Hong Xuezhi (1956-59), Qiu Huizuo (1959), Zhang Zhen (?1960-75?), Zhang Zongxun (1975), Hong Xuezhi (1980-87), Zhao Nanqi (1988-92), Fu Quanyou (1992-94), Wang Ke (1995-?), Zhao Keshi. Central Military Commission (China)
The Central Military Commission (CMC) is the highest national defense organization in the People's Republic of China. It operates within the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) under the name "Central Military Commission of the Communist Party of China", and as the military branch of the central government under the name "Central Military Commission of the People's Republic of China". Under the arrangement of "one organization with two names", both commissions have identical personnel, organization and function, and operate under both the party and state systems. It was founded on January 11, 2016, under Xi Jinping's military reforms. Sun Dafa (; November 1945 – 26 September 2019) was a general of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) who served as Political Commissar of the PLA General Logistics Department. Biography Sun was born in November 1945 in Jinzhai, Anhui, Republic of China. He enlisted in the People's Liberation Army in 1964 and joined the Chinese Communist Party in 1968. After 1977, he served as the secretary of Li Desheng, then the commander of the Shenyang Military Region. In May 1984, he was appointed Political Commissar of the 115th Division of the 39th Group Army. Zhang Wentai (; born April 1940) is a general ('' shangjiang'') of the People's Liberation Army (PLA). He was a member of the 16th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. Biography Zhang was born in Jiaozhou County (now Jiaozhou City), Shandong, in April 1940. He enlisted in the People's Liberation Army (PLA) in December 1958, and joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in September 1960. He served in Changbaishan Fortress Area between 1958 and 1975. Zhang Chiming (; born 7 January 1989) is a Chinese professional footballer who is currently a free agent. Club career Zhang Chiming started his football career when he received training with Chengdu Youth where he was considered good enough to join Ligue 1 side FC Metz for further training in 2004.
