Geography Geiger Heights is located in the flat and Columbia River Basalt Group, rocky West Plains region on the west side of the greater Spokane, Washington, Spokane area. The community itself is located approximately 7 miles by road southwest of downtown Spokane. It is surrounded by forests and farms interspersed with homes on large lots.
