Geh' Mit Gott
''Geh' mit Gott'' is a compilation album in German by Swedish singer Agnetha Fältskog, released in 1994 by Royal Records. The album contains Fältskog's German singles recorded for Metronome and CBS between 1968 and 1972. It was quickly deleted and is now a collector's item amongst ABBA fans. Presumably, the original master tapes for the German recordings are lost, as the sound on this CD has been transferred from the original singles. The compilation's first release of the German singles was ''Agnetha in Germany'' by Odoriko Music, in 1989. Recording session 'Robinson Crusoe' and 'Sonny Boy' were recorded in 1968 after the first album "Agnetha Fältskog". 'Señor Gonzales' and 'Concerto D'Amore' were recorded in early 1969, before the second album "Agnetha Fältskog Vol. 2". 'Mein schönster Tag' and 'Wie der Wind' are outtakes of that album. Agnetha Fältskog
Agneta Åse Fältskog (born 5 April 1950), known as Agnetha Fältskog (), is a Swedish singer, songwriter, and musician. She first achieved success in Sweden with the release of her 1968 self-titled debut album. She later achieved international stardom in the 1970s as a member of the pop group ABBA. The group has sold over 380 million albums and singles worldwide, making it one of the best-selling music acts in history. She is the youngest member of ABBA, and the only one born in the 1950s. After the unofficial break-up of ABBA in December 1982, Fältskog found renewed success later in the decade as a solo artist with three albums and a leading role in a movie. She became reclusive in the 1990s, avoiding outside publicity and residing on the Stockholm County island of Ekerö. ''I Stand Alone'' is the third English-language solo studio album, and tenth overall, by Swedish singer and ABBA member Agnetha Fältskog. Released on 9 November 1987, the album was produced by Peter Cetera and would be her last for 17 years. Overview Recorded mainly in Los Angeles and Malibu, California, ''I Stand Alone'' was produced by Peter Cetera, the former singer and bass guitar player with American rock band Chicago. He duetted with Fältskog on the track "I Wasn't the One (Who Said Goodbye)". The co-producer of the album was Bruce Gaitsch, with whom Fältskog was in a relationship at the time. Fältskog made a very rare trip on an airplane to Los Angeles to record the album. After it was completed, she did not fly again for years due to her much-publicised fear of flying. ''My Love, My Life'' is a compilation album released by Agnetha Fältskog, a former member of Swedish pop group ABBA, in 1996. The album is named after the ABBA song " My Love, My Life". Agnetha Fältskog (album)
''Agnetha Fältskog'' is the debut studio album by Swedish pop singer and future ABBA member Agnetha Fältskog. It was released in Sweden in early 1968 through Cupol Records. Album information Fältskog had been singing with the local Swedish "dansband" Bengt Engharts in Jönköping for quite a while when the group decided to send a tape of demos to Cupol Records in autumn of 1967. Singer, producer and A & R man Little Gerhard (né Karl-Gerhard Lundqvist) listened to the tape which included Fältskog's song "Jag var så kär". Lundqvist was so impressed with the song and Fältskog's voice that he called her at the car firm where she was working at the time and offered her a recording contract, only as a solo singer, without the band. Eventually, Fältskog's first recording session took place on 16 October 1967, at Philips Studio in Stockholm.
