Gebroeders Ko
Gebroeders Ko is a Dutch musical duo, consisting of the brothers Ton and Gerard Koopmans. Their name literally means "The Ko Brothers" and they are known for their Dutch spoofs of "Boten Anna" by Basshunter and "Dragostea Din Tei" by O-Zone. Their 2007 single " Duiken in de zee" is based on the melody of Funiculì, Funiculà, a famous Italian song written by Luigi Denza in 1880. They have made a single "Vuvuzela" named after the South African instrument vuvuzela for the 2010 FIFA World Cup which was held in South Africa. Songs of Gebroeders Ko not only became famous in the Netherlands but also within the German Mallorca scenery. German versions recorded by Mickie Krause Mickie Krause (born Michael Engels on June 21, 1970), a native of Wettringen, is a singer of German Schlager. The GfK Entertainment charts are the official music charts in Germany and are gathered and published by GfK Entertainment (formerly Media Control and Media Control GfK International), a subsidiary of GfK, on behalf of Bundesverband Musikindustrie. GfK Entertainment is the provider of weekly Top 100 single and album charts, as well as various other chart formats for genres like compilations, jazz, classical music, schlager, hip hop, dance, comedy, and music videos. Following a lawsuit in March 2014 by Media Control AG, Media Control® GfK International had to change its name. Dissemination of the charts is conducted by various media outlets, some of which include MTV music channel, and the Swiss charts website. Gerard Joling
Gerard Jan Joling (born 29 April 1960) is a Dutch singer and television presenter. Known for his high tenor voice, he rose to fame in the late 1980s and released a string of singles including "Ticket to the Tropics" and "Love Is in Your Eyes". He also achieved success in Asia and received more than 20 gold and platinum records. In 1988, he was the Dutch participant in the Eurovision Song Contest 1988, with the song "Shangri-La". His biggest hit was " No More Boleros" that reached the top 10 in several countries in mainland Europe. Rob Geus
Rob Geus (born 15 July 1971 in Rotterdam) is a Dutch cook and TV presenter. Career Geus started the TV show ' on SBS 6 in 2002 with Maureen Du Toit. In this show, Geus visits restaurants and student residences to check their kitchens for hygiene and safety. When Geus is convinced that the restaurant meets the hygiene and safety standards, he awards said restaurant with a ''Smaakpolitie OK-sticker''. If the hygiene is sub par, Geus hands over a T-shirt with his catchphrase "''Hier word ik niet vrolijk van''" his does not make me happy a one liner Geus used since the first season. Ultratop is an organization which generates and publishes the official record charts in Belgium. Ultratop is a non-profit organization, created on the initiative of the Belgian Entertainment Association (BEA), the Belgian member organization of the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry. The Dutch Single Top 100 or Single Top 100 is a Dutch chart, based on official physical single sales, legal downloads and since July 2013 streaming and composed by Dutch Charts. It is one of the three official charts, the other two being the Dutch Top 40 and the Mega Top 30. The difference is that these charts also include airplay data.
