Gavin Morgan
Gavin Morgan (born July 9, 1976) is a Canadian professional ice hockey forward. He played six games in the National Hockey League for the Dallas Stars during the 2003–04 season. The rest of his career, which lasted from 1999 to 2010, was mainly spent in the minor American Hockey League. After his playing career Morgan worked as an assistant coach with the University of Alabama-Huntsville for several years. Playing career As a youth, Morgan played in the 1990 Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament with the Toronto Marlboros minor ice hockey team. Morgan started his career with the junior hockey team Wexford Raiders in 1992. He graduated from the University of Denver, where he played four seasons with the Denver Pioneers, in 1999. The Idaho Steelheads are an American professional minor league ice hockey team based in Boise, Idaho, and a member of the ECHL. The Steelheads play in the Mountain Division of the ECHL's Western Conference since the 2016–17 season. Long Beach Ice Dogs
The Long Beach Ice Dogs were an American professional ice hockey team based in Long Beach, California at the Long Beach Sports Arena. They played until the end of the 2006–07 ECHL season. History The Ice Dogs trace their origins to the San Diego Gulls, a team in the now-defunct International Hockey League (IHL), that began play in 1990. In 1995, the team moved north to become the Los Angeles Ice Dogs.
