GKK Šibenka
Građanski košarkaški klub Šibenka, commonly referred to as GKK Šibenka or simply Šibenka, is a men's professional basketball club from Šibenik, Croatia, that plays in the Croatian League and the Alpe Adria Cup. The club considers itself a successor to notable and folded KK Šibenik. History The club was founded on 2 November 2010 under the name of Šibenik Stari Grad ( en, Šibenik Old Town). In August 2011, the club changed its name to GKK Šibenik. As famous club, KK Šibenik, bankrupted, GKK Šibenik competed with local Jolly Šibenik to become most popular basketball club in town, carrying the legendary club's colors and playing in the same basketball hall, Baldekin. HT Premijer Liga
The Hrvatski Telekom Premijer liga ( en, Hrvatski Telekom Premier League, ), also known as HT Premijer liga or simply Premijer liga, is the first tier level men's professional basketball league in Croatia. It began in 1991, following the breakup of SFR Yugoslavia and therefore the Yugoslav League, and is organized by the Croatian Basketball Federation. The HT Premijer liga, which is played under FIBA rules, currently consists of 12 teams. The most successful club is KK Cibona with 19 championship titles. History Prior to 1991, clubs from Croatia played in the Yugoslav First Federal League. Vladimir Anzulović
Vladimir Anzulović (born 6 February 1978) is a Croatian professional basketball coach and former player currently serving as head coach for Dinamo of the Croatian League. Playing career Anzulović played pro basketball as a point guard from 1996 to 2010. For the senior Croatia national team he played total 7 games (2 friendly, 5 officially). Anzulović played five official games at FIBA EuroBasket 2003 qualification, scoring total 22 points. Coaching career Anzulović firstly worked in Slovenia. In August 2016, he was hired as the head coach for Šibenik. In his inaugural season at the club, Šibenik reached semifinals of the domestic championship, while in the next season, they managed to reach quarterfinals, where Split defeat them. Miro Jurić
Miro Jurić (born 10 August 1972) is a Croatian professional basketball coach and former player. He currently serves as an assistant coach for Šibenka of the Croatian League. National team career Jurić was a member of the cadet Yugoslavia national team that won the silver medal at the 1989 European Championship in Spain.
