GAC Trumpchi
Trumpchi () is an Automotive industry, automotive marque owned by the China, Chinese automaker GAC Group. It was launched in December 2010. History GAC began the construction of facilities to produce vehicles for a new own-brand automotive marque in 2008. The first Trumpchi model to go into production, the Trumpchi GA5 sedan, a four-door mid-size saloon car model based on the platform of the Alfa Romeo 166, went into mass production in September 2010. The first 500 Trumpchi sedans produced were delivered to the organizing committee of the 2010 Asian Games in October 2010. The Trumpchi Sedan was formally unveiled to the public at Auto Guangzhou in December 2010, and public sales of the vehicles began in the same month. The Trumpchi GS5, a sport utility vehicle based on the same platform as the Trumpchi Sedan, was launched in March 2012. Trumpchi GA6
The Trumpchi GA6 is a mid-size sedan produced by GAC Group under the Trumpchi brand in China starting from 2014, and under the GAC Motor brand globally. First generation (2014) The first generation Trumpchi GA6 originally debuted as a concept on the 2014 Beijing Auto Show in the beginning of 2014, and the production version debuted during the 2014 Guangzhou Auto Show by the end of 2014. At the time, it was the largest sedan produced by GAC. Later in 2015, a concept called the Trumpchi GA6 Limited debuted on the 2015 Detroit Auto Show. The Trumpchi GA6 Limited, also called the Trumpchi GA6 GT, is a concept previewing a possible sporty variant of the Trumpchi GA6 produced by Guangzhou Automobile. The Trumpchi GA3S or previously the Trumpchi GA3 is a subcompact sedan produced by GAC Group under the Trumpchi brand in China and the GAC Motor brand globally. Overview The Trumpchi GA3 is based on the same platform as the later developed Trumpchi GS3 crossover, positioning it under the Trumpchi GA5 sedan. Originally introduced as the Trumpchi GA3 sedan, it debuted on the 2013 Shanghai Auto Show and was launch on the Chinese car market soon after in July 2013 with prices ranging from 80,000 to 120,000 yuan. The Trumpchi GS8 is a mid-size crossover SUV produced by GAC Group under the Trumpchi brand in China and the GAC Motor brand globally. The first generation was launched in 2016, and spawned a slightly smaller 5-seater variant dubbed the Trumpchi GS7. The Trumpchi GS7 received a facelift in April 2020 and was renamed the Trumpchi GS8S. The second generation GS8 was unveiled in 2021 with a longer, wider with a longer wheelbase compared to the first generation model. Trumpchi GS7
The Trumpchi GS7, later the Trumpchi GS8S, is a mid-size crossover SUV produced by GAC Group under the Trumpchi brand in China and the GAC Motor brand globally. Overview Being essentially the smaller five-seater version of the larger seven-seater Trumpchi GS8, the GS7 has been redesigned from the C-pillar onward to the rear to differentiate from the larger GS8. The GS7 had a worldwide debut during the Detroit Auto Show, and was launched in China in June 2017 with pricing starting from 155,800 yuan to 230,000 yuan. As of 2018, the GS7 is powered by the 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbo engine and six-speed automatic transmission developed in-house by GAC. The Trumpchi Emkoo () is a compact crossover SUV produced by Chinese automobile manufacturer GAC Group and sold under the Trumpchi brand since 2022. It is the second vehicle of the Trumpchi ''Shadow'' (影) series, after the Empow compact sports sedan. The Emkoo is available in two ICE-powered models and a hybrid model. The Trumpchi GS4 is a compact crossover SUV of the late-2010s produced by GAC Group under the Trumpchi brand in China and the GAC Motor brand globally. The first generation was launched in 2015, and was available as a gasoline variant, a plug-in hybrid electric variant and a pure electric variant. The plug-in hybrid electric variant was sold by the GAC Mitsubishi joint venture under the Eupheme brand as the Eupheme PHEV, and by GAC Honda joint venture under the GAC Honda brand as the Shirui PHEV. The Trumpchi GE3 is a front-motor, five-door all-electric subcompact crossover SUV planned in 2017 to be manufactured by GAC Group and is based on Trumpchi's GS3.
