Güneş Gürle (born July 7, 1975 in İzmir, Turkey) is a Turkish opera singer, bass-baritone. Career Made his operatic debut at the State Opera Istanbul in the 2002-03 season as Don Giovanni in Mozart's masterpiece. Which led his career to Mozart roles such as Giovanni, Leporello, Figaro, Bartolo, Don Alfonso and Osmin. He has performed under conductors such as Umberto Benedetti Michelangeli, Omar Meir Welber, Daniele Gatti, Paolo Carignani, Alexander Joel and Hans Wallat. He has sung at Theater an der Wien, Bavarian State Opera, Vlaamse Opera, Stadttheater Bern and Deutsche Oper am Rhein. Hans Wallat
Hans Wallat (18 October 1929 – 11 December 2014) was a German conductor, GMD in Bremen, at the Nationaltheater Mannheim, Theater Dortmund and Deutsche Oper am Rhein. A specialist for the stage works of Richard Wagner, he appeared at the Bayreuth Festival and internationally. Career Born in Berlin, he studied with Rudolf Neuhaus in Schwerin. He worked at theatres in Schwerin, Stendal, the Meiningen Court Theatre and in Cottbus. In 1958, Wallat was appointed ''Erster Kapellmeister'' at the Leipzig Opera. He left the GDR shortly before the Wall was built, and was ''Erster Kapellmeister'' at the Deutsche Oper Berlin from 1964. Wallat specialised in German opera, focussed on the works of Richard Wagner. In 1965 he became Generalmusikdirektor (GMD) in Bremen. In 1968, he stepped in for Karl Böhm to conduct performances of ''Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg'' and ''Der fliegende Holländer'' at the Bayreuth Festival. Robert Dornhelm (born 17 December 1947 in Temesvár, Romania) is an Austrian film and television director. Biography Dornhelm is of Jewish descent. He has worked on numerous television programmes and has also released such movies as ''Echo Park (1986 film), Echo Park'', ''The Venice Project'', ''Der Unfisch'', and ''A Further Gesture''. Deutsche Oper Am Rhein
The Deutsche Oper am Rhein (German Opera on the Rhine) is an opera company based in Düsseldorf and Duisburg. The opera also has an associated classical ballet company. Axel Kober has been its Music Director since 2009. The resident orchestra, the Düsseldorfer Symphoniker, play both opera and symphonic repertoire. After the 1875 construction of what became the Düsseldorf ''Opernhaus'', a strong connection between the two cities’ opera houses existed from 1887 to 1920, and was not re-established until 1955 with the creation of the Deutsche Oper am Rhein. The company performs in the Opernhaus Düsseldorf, built in 1875. It was partially destroyed during World War II, and reconstructed to officially re-open in 1956. Bern Theatre, known in the city as Stadttheater Bern, is an opera house and theatre in Bern, Switzerland. The Vlaamse Opera (Flemish Opera) is an opera company in Belgium directed by Jan Vandenhouwe which operates in two different opera houses in two Flemish cities, the Vlaamse Opera Antwerp at Van Ertbornstraat 8 and the Vlaamse Opera Ghent at Schouwburgstraat 3. The Bayerische Staatsoper is a German opera company based in Munich. Its main venue is the Nationaltheater München, and its orchestra the Bayerische Staatsorchester.
