Gérard Haché
Gérard Haché (March 17, 1925 – September 22, 2017) was a Canadian politician. He served in the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick from 1967 to 1970 as a member of the Liberal party. Haché co-found farm equipment dealer G.G. Haché & Frères Ltée in 1947, was a councilor in Bathurst, New Brunswick and served as school trustee. Saint-Isidore, New Brunswick
Saint-Isidore is a community in Gloucester County, New Brunswick, Canada. It held village status prior to 2023. It is adjacent to the communities of Pont-Landry, Hacheyville, Bois-Gagnon and Tilley Road. The community is situated on the Acadian Peninsula. Saint-Isidore is in the town of Tracadie-Sheila's sphere of influence. With the population being Acadian, almost all of its inhabitants speak French as a mother tongue and are of the Catholic religion. The local school name is École la Relève and offers kindergarten through seventh grade classes. The main industries are agriculture, asphalt and services. The New Brunswick Liberal Association (french: Association libérale du Nouveau-Brunswick), more popularly known as the New Brunswick Liberal ''Party'' or Liberal Party of New Brunswick, is one of the two major provincial political parties in New Brunswick, Canada. The party descended from both the Confederation Party and the Anti-Confederation Party whose members split into left-wing and right-wing groups following the creation of Canada as a nation in 1867.
