The gymnastics competition at the 2013 European Youth Summer Olympic Festival was held from 16 to 19 July 2013 in Utrecht, Netherlands. At most three boys born 1996/1997 and girls born 1998/1999 or later from each country participated. Gymnastics
Gymnastics is a type of sport that includes physical exercises requiring balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, dedication and endurance. The movements involved in gymnastics contribute to the development of the arms, legs, shoulders, back, chest, and abdominal muscle groups. Tyesha Mattis
Tyesha Mattis (born 17 April 1999 in Hackney, London) is a British artistic gymnast currently representing Jamaica in international competition. She trains at Hendon gymnastics club Junior career 2012 Mattis' first big elite meet was at the British Gymnastics Championships at the Echo Arena in Liverpool. She became the Espoir National Champion. She also won the bars final with 12.800. 2013 Mattis competed for Great Britain at the Australian Youth Olympic Festival in Sydney earlier in January. The team placed 2nd behind China. Individually, Tyesha won the all-around and vault competition and also got bronze medals for Bars and Floor. Amy Tinkler
Amy Tinkler (born 27 October 1999) is a retired British Artistic gymnastics, artistic gymnast. She is the Gymnastics at the 2016 Summer Olympics – Women's floor, 2016 Olympic floor exercise bronze medallist and the 2015 British all-around champion. Junior career 2013 In late March, Tinkler competed at the 2013 British Artistic Championships. In the All-Around competition Tinkler took second place with a final score of 53.800. She scored 14.050 in the vault, 12.100 on the uneven bars, 13.650 on the balance beam and 14.000 on the floor exercise. She competed in all four apparatus finals. Andreea Maria Iridon (born 23 November 1999 in Tilișca) is a former Romanian artistic gymnast. She won a silver on balance beam and a bronze on uneven bars at the 2015 European Games. Claire Suzanne Martin (born 12 May 1998 in Versailles) is a French former artistic gymnast. She is the 2015 European bronze medalist on the balance beam.
