Gymnastics is a type of sport that includes physical exercises requiring Balance (ability), balance, Strength training, strength, Flexibility (anatomy), flexibility, agility, coordination, dedication and endurance. The movements involved in gymnastics contribute to the development of the arms, legs, shoulders, back, chest, and Abdomen, abdominal muscle groups. Victor Colon Ortíz
Victor Colon Ortíz (born March 16, 1972) was the first Puerto Rican gymnast to obtain a medal in this sport in a world competition.
