Guto ap Owain Bebb (born 9 October 1968) is a Welsh politician and former business consultant who served as Member of Parliament (MP) for Aberconwy from 2010 to 2019, having previously lost elections to the Welsh Assembly and the House of Commons. He served as Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State at the Wales Office in 2016–2018 and as Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Defence Procurement at the Ministry of Defence from January 2018 until he resigned in July 2018. He most recently served as Downing Street Director of Communications, having been appointed by Boris Johnson in February 2022. Harri spent 18 years as a journalist at the BBC. Griffith Morgan (1700–1737), better known as Guto Nyth Brân (Guto being a diminutive of Griffith and ''Nyth Brân'' ( en, Crow's Nest) the name of his parents' farm near PorthDavies (2008), pg 570.), was an athlete. Guto Dafydd Pryce ( Welsh pronunciation: ; born 4 September 1972) is a Welsh musician best known as bass guitar player and songwriter in the band Super Furry Animals. Guto Pryderi Puw (born 1971) is a Welsh composer, university lecturer and Conductor (music), conductor. He is considered to be one of the most prominent Welsh composers of his generation and a key figure in current Welsh music. Puw's music has been broadcast on BBC Radio 3 and been featured on television programmes for the BBC and S4C. He has twice been awarded the Composer's Medal at the National Eisteddfod. José Augusto Bagatini (born 14 May 1964), better known as Guto, is a Brazilian former professional footballer who played as a centre-back. Career Guto started his career at Vasco de Torrinha, an amateur team.
