Gus Van Go
Gus van Go is a music producer, mixer, and musician. He is best known for his work with the Montreal band The Stills, with credits for production, mixing, writing and arranging three albums and one EP with the band. He has also produced and mixed material for a number or artists, including Arkells, The Sam Roberts Band, Whitehorse, ''Wintersleep'', Michael Rault, ''Terra Lightfoot,'' Hollerado, Said The Whale, The Trews, and Priestess. He is also a member of the band Megative, along with Tim Fletcher (ex-lead-singer of The Stills) and Jamaican reggae vocalist Screechy Dan. Early life van Go (born Gustavo Coriandoli), was born in Mar Del Plata, Argentina. Les Cowboys Fringants are a Quebec folk rock music group formed in 1995 in Repentigny, Quebec. The French word ''fringant'' can be translated as "dashing", or "frisky". They perform '' Québécois'' néo-trad music (modernized Quebec folk music with a rock flavour) and draw on country music. They have an international underground following, especially in France, French-speaking Belgium and Switzerland. Band members hail from the Montreal suburbs of Repentigny and L'Assomption. The entire band collaborates on the lyrics, although guitarist Jean-François Pauzé often contributes more than the others. Fast Romantics
Fast Romantics is a Canadian indie rock band based in Toronto, Ontario and originally formed in Calgary, Alberta. Early beginnings Fast Romantics formed in 2009 by former members of long-running Calgary band The Mood, initially retaining three of its original members: Matthew Angus, Matthew Kliewer, and Jeffrey Lewis. Upon reforming, the band added Alan Reain on drums and began doing a number of local shows. The band added and lost many members in the years that followed, releasing two independent records, touring heavily, and eventually reforming in Toronto in 2014.
