Gus Gandarillas
Gustavo Gandarillas (born July 19, 1971) is a retired Major League Baseball pitcher. He played during one season at the major league level for the Milwaukee Brewers. He was drafted by the Minnesota Twins in the third round of the 1992 amateur entry draft. Gandarillas played his first professional season with their Rookie League Elizabethton Twins in 1992, and split his last with the Brewers' Triple-A Indianapolis Indians and Double-A Huntsville Stars in 2002. In baseball, the pitcher is the player who throws ("pitches") the baseball from the pitcher's mound toward the catcher to begin each play, with the goal of retiring a batter, who attempts to either make contact with the pitched ball or draw a walk.
