Gunnar Korhonen
Gunnar Aleksander Korhonen (22 April 1918 – 9 June 2001) was a Finnish politician and the CEO of Finnair from 1960–1987. Career Korhonen had a degree in economics and worked as a civil servant. He became the CEO of Finnair in 1960. He was the Minister of Social Affairs and Health briefly in 1970 during Aura's caretaker government. During Aura's second caretaker government from 1971–1972 he was both Minister of Trade and Industry and Deputy Minister of Health and Social Affairs. DC-8 Super 62 CF
The Douglas DC-8 (sometimes McDonnell Douglas DC-8) is a long-range narrow-body airliner built by the American Douglas Aircraft Company. After losing the May 1954 US Air Force tanker competition to the Boeing KC-135, Douglas announced in July 1955 its derived jetliner project. In October 1955, Pan Am made the first order along with the competing Boeing 707, and many other airlines followed. The first DC-8 was rolled out in Long Beach Airport on April 9, 1958, and flew for the first time on May 30. FAA certification was achieved in August 1959 and the DC-8 entered service with Delta Air Lines on September 18. The six-abreast, low wing airliner was a four-engined jet aircraft with initial variants being long. The DC-8-10 was powered by Pratt & Whitney JT3C turbojets and had a MTOW, the DC-8-20 had more powerful JT4A turbojets for a MTOW. ''Ilta-Sanomat'' () is one of Finland's two prominent tabloid size evening newspaper and the second largest paper in the country. Its counterpart and biggest rival is ''Iltalehti''. According to the National Media Research done in 2019 ''Ilta-Sanomat'' is also the biggest digital media in Finland and reaches about 2,5 million Finns. ''Keihäsmatkat'' is a Finnish drama TV series published on the Ruutu streaming service of the Nelonen channel in spring 2020. The series is about the Keihäsmatkat travel agency in the 1960s and the 1970s as well as its founder Kalevi Keihänen. Keihänen is played by Janne Kataja. Docudrama
Docudrama (or documentary drama) is a genre of television and film, which features dramatized re-enactments of actual events. It is described as a hybrid of documentary and drama and "a fact-based representation of real event". Docudramas typically strive to adhere to known historical facts, while allowing some degree of dramatic license in peripheral details, such as when there are gaps in the historical record. Dialogue may, or may not, include the actual words of real-life people, as recorded in historical documents. A caretaker government is a temporary ''ad hoc'' government that performs some governmental duties and functions in a country until a regular government is elected or formed. Depending on specific practice, it usually consists of either randomly selected or approved members of parliament or outgoing members until their dismissal. Caretaker governments in representative democracies are usually limited in their function, serving only to maintain the '' status quo'', rather than truly govern and propose new legislation.
