Gulleiv Wee (born 8 October 1969 in Sandnes, Norway) is a Norwegian musician (bass), known from collaborations in the Norwegian band The September When. Career After "The September When" broke up in 1996, Wee started the band "Janne Hagens Gospel Combo", "Dream Pilots" (2004–), "Salvation Street" and Wibutee (2000–01). He played once in an orchestra "Circulasione Totale Orchestra". He has been a central figure on the Norwegian music scene for more than two decades. Sandnes
Sandnes () is a city and municipality in Rogaland, Norway. It lies immediately south of Stavanger, the 4th largest city in Norway and together, the Stavanger/Sandnes area is the third-largest urban area in Norway. The urban city of Sandnes lies in the extreme western part of the vast municipality and it makes up about 5% of the total land area of the municipality. Sandnes is part of the traditional district of Jæren. The western part of the municipality is very urbanized while the eastern part of the municipality is very rural. Sigvart Dagsland (born 18 October 1963) is a Norwegian singer, pianist, and composer. Career Dagsland writes and performs in various genres, his more recent albums being pop-rock. He has recorded 18 albums and performs 30–50 concerts every year, and has sold over 450 000 copies of his records. He has been nominated to the Norwegian Spellemannsprisen three times in the pop genre, and was rewarded with Prøysenprisen in 2009. Dagsland was born in Stavanger in the southwestern part of Norway, and grew up in the Stokka district. He performed as a boy soprano in Stavanger Church Choir in the period 1975 to 1977 and as tenor in the Sentralkoret in 1978 to 1980. He holds a Master's degree in Law. Morten Abel Knutsen (born 15 October 1962), better known by his stage name Morten Abel is a Norwegian pop artist, and one of Norway's best-selling domestic artists. Career Morten Abel was born and grew up near Bodø, but moved to Stavanger when he was 15 years old. There he became the lead singer of a band called Catrix, which soon changed their name to "Mods". They released two albums in Norwegian language in 1981 and 1982, and had a big hit with a song called "Tore Tang". A third album in English language was released in 1984.
