''Guardami'' is a 1999 Italian drama film written and directed by Davide Ferrario. The film premiered at the 56th Venice International Film Festival. It is loosely based on the life of Moana Pozzi. ''Guardami'' features some explicit sex scenes that caused a slight controversy at the time. Flavio Insinna (born 3 July 1965) is an Italian actor and television presenter. He is the current host of ''L'eredità''. Davide Ferrario (born 26 June 1956) is an Italian film director, screenwriter and author. Life and career Born in Casalmaggiore, Cremona, Ferrario graduated in Anglo-American literature, then he began to work in film distribution, and he contributed to import in Italy many indie films by John Sayles, Jim Jarmusch, Susan Seidelman, Godfrey Reggio. He also collaborated as a film critic with the cinema magazine ''Cineforum'', and he wrote a monograph about Rainer Werner Fassbinder. Anna Moana Rosa Pozzi (; 27 April 1961 – 15 September 1994), also known mononymously as Moana, was an Italian pornographic actress, television personality and politician. Luxuria was a Communist Refoundation Party MP, belonging to The Union coalition led by Romano Prodi.
