Scuol () is a municipality in the Engiadina Bassa/Val Müstair Region in the Swiss canton of Grisons. The official language in Scuol is Romansh. On 1 January 2015 the former municipalities of Ardez, Guarda, Tarasp, Ftan and Sent merged into Scuol. The Rhaetian Railway (german: Rhätische Bahn; it, Ferrovia retica; rm, Viafier retica), abbreviated RhB, is a Swiss transport company that owns the largest network of all private railway operators in Switzerland. Guarda is a former municipality in Inn District in the Swiss canton of Graubünden. RegioExpress (RE) is a fast regional train service in Switzerland, run by Swiss Federal Railways (SBB CFF FFS) or other railway companies (such as TILO, BLS, tpf, transN, THURBO or RhB). It is comparable to the Regional-Express in Germany, Austria and Luxembourg. Disentis/Mustér Railway Station
Disentis/Mustér railway station is the eastern terminus of the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn line from Brig via Andermatt, and the western terminus of the Rhaetian Railway line from Landquart via Chur and Reichenau-Tamins. The station is located on the south bank of the river in the village and municipality of Disentis/Mustér, in the Swiss canton of Graubünden. Scuol-Tarasp Railway Station
Scuol-Tarasp railway station is the northern terminus of the Bever–Scuol-Tarasp railway. It is located on the western edge of the village of Scuol at an altitude of 1287 m in the Lower Engadine. The station is named after the neighbouring village of Scuol and the small town of Tarasp. Scuol-Tarasp station was completely rebuilt and renovated in 2009. Since then, a Postbus stop has been located on the right side of the station building; this is the starting point for Postbus routes in the Lower Engadine. In addition, an island platform was built with platform track 1 as a dead-end track and track 2 as a through track. This allows direct access to the trains and platform at ground level.
