Groruddalen Ballklubb was a Norwegian association football club from Groruddalen, Oslo. The club came into existence through the merger of a number of local clubs in 2002, but went defunct again in 2008, after some of those clubs withdrew their backing. The club's short existence was spent in the Norwegian third and second division, missing its aim, to earn promotion to the first division, narrowly in 2007. Founding The valley of Groruddalen had a long history of competition between the many football teams. SF Grei was the best team for most of the 1990s, but there was little backing to be found from other clubs in the region. Manglerud Star Fotball is an association football club based in Oslo, Norway. It is part of the multi-sport club Manglerud Star. The club was established in its current form on December 14, 2005 after a merger between Manglerud Star Fotball and Fotballklubben Oslo Øst, the latter of which originally formed in 2000. Manglerud Star Fotball went bankrupt on April 4, 2011, and withdrew all their teams from competition; the club was refounded in 2013. History FK Oslo Øst (Oslo East) were founded on January 1, 2000. Five minor football clubs from the eastern part of Oslo decided to pool their resources into a single elite team, under the presumption that this one team would fare better at the higher levels of Norwegian football than what any of the clubs could ever achieve on their own. Bryne Fotballklubb () is a professional football club in Bryne, Norway, that competes in the 1. divisjon, the second tier of Norwegian football. History Bryne has played a total of 17 seasons in the top flight of Norwegian football since their debut in 1976. They had their longest spell of 13 consecutive top tier seasons from 1976 until 1988. Skeid Fotball
Skeid is a Norwegian football club from Oslo that currently plays in 1. divisjon ( OBOS-ligaen), the second tier of the Norwegian football league system. Its current home field is Nordre Åsen, after the club stopped playing at Bislett after the 2012 season. In past decades it has gained a reputation as a talent factory for the larger clubs in Norwegian football, and it has produced several players for the national team such as Daniel Braaten, Daniel Fredheim Holm, Omar Elabdellaoui and Mohammed Abdellaoue.
