Greyfield (band)
Greyfield is an American pop punk band from Jacksonville, Florida, founded by Christopher Miller, Fin Leavell, Michael Crews, and Matthew Quitter. They have released one EP internationally on Search & Rescue Records (Ann Arbor, Michigan), as well as two more DIY within the United States. History Starting out Fin Leavell and Michael Crews asked Christopher Miller to start a band, he agreed, and they recorded a demo song, ''"How Could I?"'' at local recording studio Hole of the Pigeon. The band quickly wrote a b-side for ''How Could I?'' and played their first show on September 23, 2001, consisting of both songs being played twice. Fin had just returned from tour with his other punk band, Against All Authority. They booked time at a local recording studio, Hole of the Pigeon, immediately. Taking Back Sunday is an American rock band from Long Island, New York. The band was formed by guitarist Eddie Reyes and bassist Jesse Lacey in 1999. The band's members currently are Adam Lazzara (lead vocals), John Nolan (lead guitar, keyboards, vocals), Shaun Cooper (bass guitar) and Mark O'Connell (drums), accompanied by Nathan Cogan (guitar) for their live performances. The band's former members include Lacey, Reyes, bass guitarist Matthew Rubano, and guitarist and vocalist Fred Mascherino. Lacey quit Taking Back Sunday in 1999 and formed the critically acclaimed rock band Brand New in 2000, with whom Taking Back Sunday would become embroiled in a highly publicized feud. Dynamite Boy
Dynamite Boy was a pop punk band from Austin, Texas. Their final and longest lasting line-up included Sean Neil, Dusty Kohn, Adrian Munoz and Sam Rich. They disbanded in 2005 after a ten-year career, with several reunions between then and 2014, where they celebrated the 10th anniversary of the release of their final record. They have been inactive since. History Dynamite Boy were formed in 1995 in Austin by Andrew Leeper, Matt Greco, Lester Chiu, and John Huckleba after shifting to a more pop punk style from their previous punk and funk incarnation known as Yoda's Love Child. Original singer Lester Chiu left a few months in and was replaced by Sean Neil, then of the Contradicks. Sean originally joined just as a singer but started playing guitar after facing crippling stage fright during his first show with the band. Adam Goren (born January 14, 1975) is an American singer, songwriter, musician, and teacher best known as the artist Atom and His Package. Goren is a singer and guitarist who has released more than 18 albums under various aliases. His music is identifiable by its heavy use of music sequencers, nasally, high vocal tone, and frequent borrowing or referencing of lyrics from other bands and musicians. Biography Background and music career Goren was born in The Bronx, New York City, but grew up in Oreland, Pennsylvania with his friend Brian Sokel, an inspiration for many of his songs. Riddlin' Kids (sometimes referred to as RK) was an American pop punk band from Austin, Texas, United States, and was made up of Clint Baker (vocals/guitar), Dustin Stroud (guitar/vocals), Mark Johnson (bass), and Dave Keel (drums). History 1999–2005 Stroud and Baker met at a local pizza parlor in Austin where they both worked and formed "Igmo" (derived from Ignorant Motherfucker). Voodoo Glow Skulls are an American ska punk band formed in 1988 in Riverside, California, by brothers Frank, Eddie, and Jorge Casillas and their longtime friend Jerry O'Neill. Voodoo Glow Skulls first played at backyard parties and later at Spanky's Café in their hometown of Riverside, where they played shows with the Angry Samoans, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Firehose, Murphy's Law, and The Dickies.
