Gregory is an unincorporated community in Livingston County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The community is located within Unadilla Township. As an unincorporated community, Gregory has no legally defined boundaries or population statistics of its own but does have its own post office with the 48137 ZIP Code. Geography Gregory is located within central Unadilla Township in southwest Livingston County. The community is located about southwest of the Brighton–Howell area. It is one of the westernmost communities included in the Detroit–Warren–Dearborn Metropolitan Statistical Area (Metro Detroit). Gregory sits at an elevation of above sea level. The community is centered along the northern terminus of M-106 (Main Street) at a curve along M-36. County highway D-32 (Church Street) also begins in Gregory at M-106 and runs for until merging into county highway D-19 near Pinckney. Lakelands Trail State Park
Lakelands Trail State Park, officially the Mike Levine Lakelands Trail State Park since January 20, 2017, is a state park in Michigan that runs east–west from southwest of Munith to Hamburg Township, Michigan. It is a multi-use trail converted from abandoned railroad corridors. According to the Michigan DNR web site, the north side of the trail is for hiking and biking, and the south side is for horseback riding. Richmond Field is a privately owned, public use airport. It is located two nautical miles (4 km) southeast of the central business district of Gregory, a city in Livingston County, Michigan, United States. The airport is home to multiple gliding clubs. Facilities and aircraft Richmond Field covers an area of 145 acres (59 ha) at an elevation of 921 feet (281 m) above mean sea level. Hell is an unincorporated community in Livingston County in the U.S. state of Michigan. As an unincorporated community, Hell has no defined boundaries or population statistics of its own. Located within Putnam Township, the community is centered along Patterson Lake Road about northwest of Ann Arbor and southwest of Pinckney. The community is served by the Pinckney post office with the 48169 ZIP Code. History Hell developed around a sawmill, gristmill, distillery and tavern. All four were operated by George Reeves, who moved to the area in the 1830s from the Catskill Mountains in New York. He purchased a sawmill on what is now known as Hell Creek in 1841. In addition to the sawmill, Reeves purchased of land surrounding the mill. Reeves then built a gristmill on Hell Creek which was powered by water that was impounded by a small dam across the creek.
