Greg Poss
Greg Poss (born August 6, 1965, in Green Bay, Wisconsin) is a former American hockey player and coach. He was most recently the head coach of the EC Red Bull Salzburg of the Austrian Hockey League. Playing career Poss began his career with the Dubuque Fighting Saints in the United States Hockey League. He then played four years for the University of Wisconsin men's ice hockey team. In 1989 he made his professional debut in the American Hockey League for the Maine Mariners . After two seasons, he joined the International Hockey League with the Peoria Rivermen. After a serious knee injury he had to finish his playing career. Coaching career Germany Poss' primary experience with head coaching is in the top-tier hockey league of Germany, the Deutsche Eishockey Liga, where he coached the Iserlohn Roosters, the Nürnberg Ice Tigers and Adler Mannheim. American Hockey League
The American Hockey League (AHL) is a professional ice hockey league based in the United States and Canada that serves as the primary Minor league#Ice hockey, developmental league for the National Hockey League (NHL). Since the 2010–11 AHL season, 2010–11 season, every team in the league has an affiliation agreement with one NHL team. When NHL teams do not have an AHL affiliate, players are assigned to AHL teams affiliated with other NHL teams. The Deutsche Eishockey Liga (for sponsorship reasons called "PENNY Deutsche Eishockey Liga") (; English: ''German Ice Hockey League'') or DEL, is a German professional ice hockey league and the highest division in German ice hockey. Founded in 1994, it was formed as a replacement for the Eishockey-Bundesliga and became the new top-tier league in Germany as a result. Unlike the old Bundesliga, the DEL is not under the administration of the German Ice Hockey Federation. Ryan Mougenel
Ryan Mougenel (born March 2, 1976) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey right winger. , he is the head coach of the Providence Bruins of the American Hockey League. Mougenel played six seasons of professional ice hockey, including winning the 2003 Kelly Cup as a member of the Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies. Mougenel is also a member of a business trio with NHLers Keith and Wayne Primeau, operating the Durham Hockey Institute in Toronto and owning the Whitby Fury of the Central Canadian Hockey League. Kelly Cup
The Patrick J. Kelly Cup goes to the playoff champion of the ECHL. The Kelly Cup has been awarded to teams since 1997. Prior to 1997, the playoff winner was awarded the Riley Cup, named after former American Hockey League president Jack Riley. The current cup is named after Patrick J. Kelly, the league's first commissioner. The cup is loaned to the winning team for one year and is returned at the start of the following year's playoffs, although the trophy itself has been replaced three times with the first two iterations preserved in the Hockey Hall of Fame. Kalamazoo Wings
The Kalamazoo Wings, nicknamed the K-Wings, are a mid-level professional ice hockey team in Kalamazoo, Michigan. A member of the ECHL's Western Conference, Central Division, they play in the 5,113-seat Wings Event Center. Florida Everblades
The Florida Everblades are a professional minor league ice hockey team based in Estero, Florida, in the Cape Coral-Fort Myers metropolitan area. Ontario Reign (ECHL)
The Ontario Reign were a professional ice hockey team from Ontario, California that played in the ECHL. Their home arena was the Citizens Business Bank Arena. They were affiliated with two National Hockey League teams: the Los Angeles Kings were the team's primary affiliate, and the Winnipeg Jets were the secondary affiliate. Germany Men's National Ice Hockey Team
The German men's national ice hockey team is the national ice hockey team of Germany and is controlled by the German Ice Hockey Federation. It first participated in serious international competition at the 1911 European Hockey Championship.
