Greg Eden (born 14 November 1990) is an English professional rugby league footballer who plays as a er or for the Castleford Tigers in the Betfred Super League, and the England Knights at international level. He has previously played for Castleford, the Huddersfield Giants and Hull Kingston Rovers in Super League, and the Brisbane Broncos in the National Rugby League. He also spent time on loan at the Salford Red Devils in the Super League while at Hull KR, and on dual registration at the Gateshead Thunder in League 1. Eden is renowned for his lightning pace and his prolific finishing ability. He ranks as Castleford's second-highest top tryscorer in the Super League era, and twelfth-highest of all time. Castleford is a town within the City of Wakefield, West Yorkshire, England. It had a population of 45,106 at a 2021 population estimate. Super League XXVI, known as the Betfred Super League XXVI for sponsorship reasons, was the 26th season of the Super League and 127th season of rugby league in Great Britain. Wakefield Trinity is a professional rugby league club in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, England, that plays in the Super League. One of the original twenty-two clubs that formed the Northern Rugby Football Union in 1895, between 1999 and 2016 the club was known as Wakefield Trinity Wildcats.
