Greg Baise
Gregory W. Baise (born April 13, 1952) is an American politician. He previously served as the longtime President and CEO of the Illinois Manufacturers' Association. Before that, Baise served in many political and governmental roles, including as Illinois Secretary of Transportation, in which role he was director of the Illinois Department of Transportation. Baise has been involved in a number of political action committees (PACs). Early life and education Baise was born April 13, 1952 in Jacksonville, Illinois. He grew up on a farm nearby. He graduated from Triopia High School in 1970, and went on to attend Illinois College in Jacksonville. He graduated from Illinois College in 1974. Career Baise spent his final two summers of college as an intern at the United States House of Representatives at the time of the Watergate hearings. Peotone () is a village in Will County, Illinois, United States. The population was 4,142 at the 2010 census, an increase from 3,385 in 2000. The city is about south of Chicago. Gary/Chicago International Airport is a joint civil-military public airport in Gary, in Lake County, Indiana, United States. It is three miles northwest of the city center of Gary, and southeast of the Chicago Loop. George Ryan
George Homer Ryan (born February 24, 1934) is an American former politician and member of the Republican Party who served as the 39th governor of Illinois from 1999 to 2003. Elected in 1998, Ryan received national attention for his 1999 moratorium on executions in Illinois and for commuting more than 160 death sentences to life sentences in 2003. He chose not to run for reelection in 2002 in the wake of a scandal. Aldo A. DeAngelis (March 13, 1931 – February 13, 2004) was an American politician and businessman. Born in Chicago Heights, Illinois, DeAngelis graduated from Bloom High School. He served as a public information officer in the United States Army from 1954 to 1956. DeAngelis graduated from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois. He also sent to University of Chicago and Governors State University. He moved to Texas and started a steel and tube company. He then moved back to Chicago Heights, Illinois, and started the Vulcan Metal and Tube Company. DeAngelis ran for Illinois Senate in the 1978 general election. The 1988 United States presidential election in Illinois took place on November 8, 1988. All 50 states and the District of Columbia were part of the 1988 United States presidential election. State voters chose 24 electors to the Electoral College, which selected the president and vice president. Illinois was won by incumbent United States Vice President George H. W.
