Greenbelt–New Carrollton Line
The Greenbelt Lines designated as the Greenbelt–New Carrollton Line on Route G12, and Greenbelt Road-Good Luck Road Line on Route G14, are daily bus routes operated by the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority between Greenbelt station of the Green Line (Washington Metro), Green, and Yellow Line (Washington Metro), Yellow Lines of Washington Metro and New Carrollton station of the Orange Line (Washington Metro), Orange Line of the Washington Metro. The lines operate every 30 minutes during peak hours and 60 minutes all other times. Both Route G12 and G14 trips are roughly 55 minutes long. Both routes provide service between New Carrollton, Maryland, New Carrollton and Greenbelt, Maryland, Greenbelt connecting travelers to both communities without having to enter Washington, D.C. by train. Yellow Line (Washington Metro)
The Yellow Line is a rapid transit line of the Washington Metro system that runs between Huntington Station in Virginia and Greenbelt station in Maryland. It consists of 21 stations in Fairfax County, Alexandria County, and Arlington County in Virginia, as well as Washington, D.C. and Prince George's County, Maryland. The Yellow Line shares tracks with the Green Line from L'Enfant Plaza northward to Greenbelt, and the Blue Line between Pentagon and King Street – Old Town. MARC (Maryland Area Rail Commuter) is a commuter rail system in the Baltimore–Washington metropolitan area. The Beltway Plaza mall is located in Greenbelt, Maryland. It was developed by Sidney J. Brown and First National Realty, opening on October 17, 1963. It was originally composed of a massive S. Klein department store separated by a large parking lot from an A&P Supermarket located in a strip shopping center along with a barbershop, single screen movie theater, and Drug Fair store. By 1972-73, a small indoor mall was created, situated between the strip shopping center and the S. Klein store, that included a 6-screen theater, steakhouse (Emerson's Steakhouse), a branch of George's appliance store chain, an ice cream shop, and in-house catalog store. Within a few years of the S. Klein closing in 1975, the mall underwent major renovations. In the course of renovations, the space occupied by S.
