Greek Basket League Awards
Greek Basket League awards are the yearly individual awards that are given by the Greek basketball league system, 1st-tier professional basketball league in Greece, the Greek Basket League. Since the Greek Basket League 2014-15, 2014–15 season, the awards are voted on by the fans online, whereas previously they were not. The voting is currently decided by a ratio of 40% by the fans and the media, and 60% by the basketball coach, coaches and the captain (sports), captains of each of the teams of the Greek Basket League. However, the Most Popular Player and Women's Favorite Player awards are decided exclusively by the fan's online voting. Stefan Moody (born October 6, 1993) is an American professional basketball player for Igokea of the Bosnian League, the Adriatic League and the Basketball Champions League. Mario Hezonja (; born 25 February 1995) is a Croats, Croatian professional basketball player for Real Madrid Baloncesto, Real Madrid of the Spanish Liga ACB and the EuroLeague. Michael Perry James (born August 18, 1990) is an American professional basketball player for AS Monaco Basket of LNB Pro A and the EuroLeague. He was a high school basketball standout playing for Grant High School in Portland, and played college basketball for Eastern Arizona College and Lamar University. He was the first player in NBA history to go from a two-way contract to a regular contract, all while never being sent down to the NBA G League in the process.
