Greatest Hits (Waterparks Album)
''Greatest Hits'' is the fourth studio album by American rock band Waterparks. It is the band's only album with the label 300 Entertainment and was released on May 21, 2021. Release The album's lead single, "Lowkey as Hell", was released on September 25, 2020, with the simultaneous announcement of their label transition. The second single, "Snow Globe", debuted on February 26, 2021. A few weeks later, the band posted a cryptic URL which allowed users to unscramble the word "NUMB," and would receive a musical snippet upon doing so. The third single of the same name was released on March 29. The website trend would continue, this time featuring a peephole with a forwards counter above it. Greatest Hits Radio is a classic hits radio network in the United Kingdom, owned and operated by Bauer. Overview The network launched on 5 January 2015 as the "Bauer City 2 Network", and rebranded on 7 January 2019 due to the success of Radio City 2 in Liverpool on FM. As of December 2021, the network consists of 18 local and regional radio stations operating 50 FM and DAB licences in England, Scotland and Wales, as well as a national DAB station in areas not served by a local Bauer-owned licence. It was written by co-executive producers Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz and directed by supervising producer Stephen Williams. It was marked by an almost complete reliance on synthesizers, in contrast to their earlier records, in which guitars still played a significant part. "The Greatest Hit" is a song by Norwegian singer Annie (singer), Annie. It was written and produced by Annie and Disc jockey, DJ Tore "Erot" Kroknes. The song sampling (music), samples Madonna (entertainer), Madonna's 1982 debut single "Everybody (Madonna song), Everybody", and she received a co-writing credit. The track was released as a limited edition Phonograph record, 7-inch single in 1999. It became an Underground music, underground club hit in Norway and the United Kingdom. Retitled "Greatest Hit", the song was later included on Annie's debut album, ''Anniemal'' (2004). It was self-released on March 16, 2017, and later reissued by Epitaph Records in 2018, when the band signed to the label. It is their only studio album with original drummer Sam Mathys. Kari Juhani Valdemar Peitsamo (born 26 August 1957) is a Finnish musician whose style has changed over the years from acoustic avant-garde pop to electric rock. His best-known song is probably "Kauppaopiston naiset" (Business College Women) from 1977. Kari Peitsamo started his career with the EP ''Kari Peitsamo ja Ankkuli'', which was created with the assistance of Juuso Nordlund and Kaj Martin, the backing group of Juice Leskinen, on the studio time left over from Leskinen.
