Great BBQ Challenge
Australia's Great BBQ Challenge is a reality TV show on the Lifestyle FOOD Channel. The show is a competition to find Australia's best BBQ Chef and is hosted by Jabba and was first aired 2 December 2006. The winner ( Fenton KEOGH ) received$25,000 (AUD) and hosted his own cooking show that aired on Lifestyle FOOD and a Grand Turbo 6 BBQ Burner Worth $5,000. About Throughout the contest the Top 21 Finalists were given challenges to test their presenting skills, to see if they have what it takes to host their own show on Lifestyle FOOD. The shows' judges are Ben O'Donoghue, Julia Zemiro and Mark Adamson. Celebrity chef, Ben O'Donoghue (of Surfing the Menu), gives the contestants tips on cooking technique, seasoning, time management and presentation. Comedian, radio personality and actress Julia Zemiro is there to judge the "X Factor". Perth, Western Australia

Lamb And Mutton

A secret ingredient is a component of a product that is closely guarded from public disclosure for competitive advantage. Fenton Keogh
Fenton Brian Keogh (born 21 December 1971) is an Australian celebrity chef and winner of LifeStyle Food's Great BBQ Challenge in January 2007. He and his wife Lisa are the owners of Fentons at the Ipswich Club, located in Ipswich, Queensland & his son Jacob helps run the restaurant. His signature dish, Aussie Pav with Boozy Summer Fruits, was featured on the Australia Day special on the Today Show 26.01.07 (Nine Network). Screen Test
A screen test is a method of determining the suitability of an actor or actress for performing on film or in a particular role. The performer is generally given a scene, or selected lines and actions, and instructed to perform in front of a camera to see if they are suitable. The developed film is later evaluated by the relevant production personnel such as the casting director and the director.
