Michael Mesrobian (1947 – July 2, 2009),Drewey Wayne Gunn, ''The Gay Male Sleuth in Print and Film: A History and Annotated Bibliography''. Rowman & Littlefield, 2013. , pp. 158–160. better known by the pen name of Grant Michaels, was an American writer of mystery novels. He published six novels with St. Martin's Press in the 1990s, centering on Stan Kraychik, a gay hairdresser turned amateur detective. Lawrence, Massachusetts
Lawrence is a city located in Essex County, Massachusetts, United States, on the Merrimack River. At the 2020 census, the city had a population of 89,143. Surrounding communities include Methuen to the north, Andover to the southwest, and North Andover to the east. Lawrence and Salem were the county seats of Essex County, until the Commonwealth abolished county government in 1999. Lawrence is part of the Merrimack Valley. West Roxbury is a neighborhood in Boston, Massachusetts bordered by Roslindale and Jamaica Plain to the northeast, the town of Brookline to the north, the cities and towns of Newton and Needham to the northwest and the town of Dedham to the southwest.
