The Grand Central Atelier is an art school in the Long Island City neighborhood of the borough of Queens in New York City. Long Island City (LIC) is a residential and commercial neighborhood on the extreme western tip of Queens, a borough in New York City. Jacob Collins (born 1964) is an American realist painter working in New York City. He is a leading figure of the contemporary Classical Realism, classical art revival.
