Graham Mitchell (English Footballer)
Graham Lee Mitchell (born 16 February 1968) is an English former professional footballer, who played as a defender. In 2003, Mitchell played in a charity match at Huddersfield Town where ''The Wembley Wizards'' and ''The Town All Stars'' versed each other to raise money for Huddersfield Town, they were in administration at the time. He is highly regarded at his first club Huddersfield Town, where in 2006, he was named as one of their "100 Fans' Favourites". Mitchell made 533 league appearances and scored 12 goals between 1986 and 2004. Playing career Huddersfield Town Mitchell had played in defence, on the wing and even filled in as emergency striker for Town. Mitchell signed professional for Huddersfield Town in 1986, after spending two years in the Academy system. Shipley, West Yorkshire
Shipley is a historic market town and civil parish in the City of Bradford, West Yorkshire, England, by the River Aire and the Leeds and Liverpool Canal, north of Bradford. John Dungworth
John Henry Dungworth (born 30 March 1955) is an English former professional footballer and coach. Career Born in Rotherham, then in the West Riding of Yorkshire, England, Dungworth began his playing career at Huddersfield Town, where he signed schoolboy forms in 1969, and scored on his first-team début against Middlesbrough in 1972. He was then transferred to Oldham Athletic in 1975 followed by a successful spell at Aldershot, where he scored 66 goals in 118 games. In 1977–78 he scored 23 goals in 45 league games and was voted Supporters Player of the Year. The following season he was ever present, scoring 26 times to break the all time Shots record for league goals in a season. However some of his best performances in 1978–79 were in the FA Cup where Aldershot lost in a 5th Round Replay, with Dungworth scoring 8 times in the club's cup run to make him the second highest scorer in the country with 34 goals. The Football Association Challenge Cup, more commonly known as the FA Cup, is an annual knockout football competition in men's domestic English football. First played during the 1871–72 season, it is the oldest national football competition in the world. It is organised by and named after The Football Association (The FA). Paul Stephenson (footballer)
Paul Stephenson (born 2 January 1968) is an English former professional footballer who played as a winger or a central midfielder for Newcastle United, Millwall, Gillingham, Brentford and York City before he ended his career with Hartlepool United. During his footballing career he made a combined total of over 500 appearances. He is currently assistant manager at Kilmarnock. Playing career Newcastle United Paul Stephenson was born in Wallsend. Andy Booth
Andrew David Booth (born 6 December 1973) is a retired professional footballer. Whilst at Huddersfield he announced his retirement on 22 April 2009, but remains at the club as an ambassador, he also played for Sheffield Wednesday and Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League and represented his country with the England U21s. Career Huddersfield Town Booth was born in Huddersfield, England. At the age of 11 he attended Salendine Nook High School. Lee Robert Clark (born 27 October 1972) is an English football manager and former professional Association football, footballer, who was most recently the manager of Al-Merrikh SC, Al-Merrikh in the Sudan Premier League. Stan Ternent
Francis Stanley Ternent (born 16 June 1946) is an English former footballer and manager. He managed Blackpool, Hull City, Bury, Burnley, Gillingham and Huddersfield Town. He was a scout for Hull City until January 2017. As a manager, he won three promotions between 1996 and 2000, including two in succession (from Division Three to Division One) with Bury. The other came with Burnley in 1999–2000.
