Government Of Free Vietnam
The Government of Free Vietnam (GFCL; vi, Chính Phủ Lâm Thời Việt Nam Tự Do) was an anti-communism, anti-communist political organization that was established 30 April 1995 by Nguyen Hoang Dan. It was dissolved in 2013. It claimed an unrecognized government in exile of the Republic of Vietnam headquartered in the U.S. cities of Garden Grove, California and Missouri City, Texas. A government in exile (abbreviated as GiE) is a political group that claims to be a country or semi-sovereign state's legitimate government, but is unable to exercise legal power and instead resides in a foreign country. Governments in exile usually plan to one day return to their native country and regain formal power. A government in exile differs from a rump state in the sense that a rump state controls at least part of its former territory. Vietnamese Constitutional Monarchist League (VCML; vi, Liên Minh Quân Chủ Lập Hiến Đa Nguyên Việt Nam) is a monarchist and anti-communist organization that seeks to restore the Nguyễn dynasty to the throne under a constitutional monarchy, as in Cambodia and Thailand. The People's Action Party of Vietnam ( vi, Đảng Nhân Dân Hành Động Việt Nam) is a Vietnamese anti-communist organization exile, in-exile that is based in the United States. The organization's chairman is Nguyen Si Binh and its vice chairman is Dr. Nguyen Xuan Ngai. Founded in 1991, PAP's goals are to unite the people of Vietnam with a democracy, democratic government and reform government programs in education, health care, economy, and human rights.
