Daniel Gortler
Daniel Gortler (Hebrew language, Hebrew: דניאל גורטלר) is an Israeli pianist and Pedagogy, pedagogue. Education and early life Born and raised in Israel, Gortler began studying classical music and piano with Naomi Hachohen. He graduated from the Rubin Music Academy in Tel-Aviv. He continued his musical studies graduating from the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hannover, Musikhochschule Hannover, where he studied with Professor Arie Vardi. Gortler was faculty member of the Buchmann-Mehta School of Music at Tel-Aviv University, the Tel-Aviv University until 2011, and was also guest artist in piano studies in the Department of Music and Performing Arts Professions at New York University's Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development, Steinhardt School between 2011 and 2013. Lukas Maria Görtler (born 15 June 1994) is a German professional football midfielder who plays as a midfielder or forward for FC St. Gallen. Club career Görtler joined Bayern in 2014, having previously been playing for Eintracht Bamberg. On 2 May 2015, he made his debut for first-team in away match against Bayer Leverkusen. On 16 June 2015, it was confirmed that Görtler had signed a three-year contract with 2. Bundesliga club 1. FC Kaiserslautern. On 3 August 2017, it was confirmed that Görtler had signed a three-year contract with Eredivisie club FC Utrecht. Nicolas Görtler (born 8 March 1990) is a German footballer who plays as a forward. Career Görtler began his career with Eintracht Bamberg, making 19 appearances in the 2009–10 season as the club were relegated from the Regionalliga Süd. He scored 17 goals in the first half of the following season in the Bayernliga before returning to the Regionalliga Süd in January 2011 to sign for 1. FC Nürnberg II. 18 months later he signed for SV Wehen Wiesbaden of the 3. Liga, making his debut as a substitute for Lars Guenther in a 3–2 defeat against Chemnitzer FC. Katherine Walker
Katherine Walker (''née'' Katharina Görtler; November 25, 1848''Germany, Select Births and Baptisms, 1558-1898'' – February 5, 1931) was a German-American lighthouse keeper. Walker tended the Robbins Reef Light in New York Harbor for more than 30 years after the death of her husband, Captain John Walker, who had been appointed keeper of the light in 1885. Katherine Walker was appointed the official keeper of the light by President Benjamin Harrison in 1890, four years after her husband's death.
