Gorgeous Frankenstein
Gorgeous Frankenstein was an American horror punk/ heavy metal band formed in 2005 in New Jersey by Doyle Wolfgang von Frankenstein and his former wife and ex-professional wrestler Stephanie Bellars ( Gorgeous George). History In 2005, Doyle left New Jersey for Las Vegas and began auditioning members for his own band, Gorgeous Frankenstein. The same year, he appeared on stage with Danzig numerous times throughout their tour and lead vocalist Glenn Danzig offered to produce Gorgeous Frankenstein first eponymous album on his record Label Evilive. The name of the band is a combination of both Doyle Wolfgang von Frankenstein and his wife Stephanie Bellars (Gorgeous George) names into a portmanteau concept. Simon Bisley is a British comic book artist best known for his 1990s work on ''ABC Warriors'', '' Lobo'' and '' Sláine''. Early life Simon Bisley began drawing when he was six years old. He is self-taught, with only a short one-year stay at an art college, saying "I found it very difficult to get any kind of feedback from the art teachers. They weren't interested at all in what I was doing, so I became kind of very introverted with regard to my artwork and yeah, I was just all self-taught." Career Bisley started his career doing magazine and album covers, his first work being a T-shirt design for heavy metal magazine ''Kerrang!'' Michale Graves
Michael Emanuel (born March 21, 1975), better known by his stage name Michale Graves, is an American singer. He is best known as the lead vocalist for the 1990s re-incarnation of the horror punk band Misfits from 1995 to 2000, leaving briefly in 1998. Graves grew up in Dumont, New Jersey. He has also released several albums as a solo artist. Life and career Misfits Graves was recording a demo with his band the Mopes in Lodi, New Jersey, when their engineer, Bob Alecca, mentioned that the Misfits were reforming and holding auditions for a new singer. Graves bought the '' Collection I'' and ''Walk Among Us'' albums to familiarize himself with the band and became an official member about a year after trying out. Graves (band)
Graves is an American horror punk band formed in 2000 by Michale Graves and Dr. Chud after they left the Misfits. Graves recorded and released one album, ''Web of Dharma'', that was produced by Dr. Chud. Recordings The band also recorded a demo before ''Web of Dharma'', which was never officially released. Demos for ''Web Of Dharma'' were recorded in November 2001. These recordings were produced by Ron Gouldie at June 3 Studios in Los Angeles. The recording sessions for ''Web of Dharma'' occurred in April 2002 at Spin Studios in Long Island, New York. Overdubbing sessions and final mixing took place in the "Creepy Attic", Dr. Chud's home studio. A special limited edition of this album was sold at the record release party. The number of copies pressed is still unknown. Seemingly the only difference between the limited edition and the regular edition, is the artwork on the CD itself. Kryst The Conqueror
Kryst the Conqueror (pronounced "Christ") was an American Christian metal project formed in August 1987 by two former members of the horror punk band, The Misfits. The project was led by bassist Jerry Only, who adopted a new stage name, "Mo the Great" (or alternately, "Mocavious Kryst"), and his younger brother, guitarist Doyle Wolfgang von Frankenstein. The band fused fantastical and sci-fi imagery with religious themes and messages. The band has also been referred to as a "guitar shop project", as Only and Doyle constantly tweaked and refined their instruments throughout the band's existence, in an attempt to create what they felt would be the ultimate bass and guitar. Verotik is an American comic book company founded by heavy metal music, heavy metal/horror punk musician Glenn Danzig. The comics are aimed toward Adult comics, adult readers as they often contain imagery of a sexual and/or violent nature. The company's two longest-running titles were ''Verotika'' (15 issues) and ''Satanika'' vols. 1 & 2 (total of 13 issues).
