Gooom Records
Gooom Disques, or Gooom, was an electronic music record label based in Paris, France. Gooom was founded by Jean-Philippe Talaga in 1997 in music, 1997 after interviewing the British post-rock act Stereolab for his fanzine and both parties agreeing to release music. As a result, the first release on the label was a split EP by Stereolab and Fugu. The label gained exposure outside France with the popularity of the artist M83 (band), M83. Since 2005 the label is dormant. Purple Confusion
Purple is any of a variety of colors with hue between red and blue. In the RGB color model used in computer and television screens, purples are produced by mixing red and blue light. In the RYB color model historically used by painters, purples are created with a combination of red and blue pigments. In the CMYK color model used in printing, purples are made by combining magenta pigment with either cyan pigment, black pigment, or both. Antoine Bédard
Antoine Bédard (born ''c.'' 1978) is a Canadian electronic musician, best known for his recordings under the stage name Montag. Originally from Montreal, he sings in both French and English, and is currently residing in Montreal again, after a stint in Vancouver, British Columbia. He recently completed a tour with The One AM Radio and Lymbyc Systym. Sometimes referred to as a "laptop musician", he received a grant from the Quebec Arts Council to record and catalogue orchestra instruments. He uses the database—with the sounds sometimes looped and processed—in his live performances, along with his own keyboard playing. On his 2005 album ''Alone, Not Alone'', he collaborated with hip hop music producer Sixtoo. A spaceport or cosmodrome is a site for launching or receiving spacecraft, by analogy to a seaport for ships or an airport for aircraft.
