''Goodridge v. Dept. of Public Health'', 798 North Eastern Reporter, N.E.2d 941 (Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, Mass. 2003), is a Lists of landmark court decisions, landmark Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court case in which the Court held that the Massachusetts Constitution requires the state to legally recognize Same-sex marriage in the United States, same-sex marriage.
