"Goodbye, Michael" is the twenty-second episode of the The Office (U.S. season 7), seventh season of the American comedy series ''The Office (U.S. TV series), The Office'' and the show's 148th episode overall. It originally aired on NBC in the United States on April 28, 2011. In the episode, Michael Scott (The Office), Michael prepares to leave for Colorado with Holly Flax, Holly and spends his last day in the office saying goodbye to everyone individually, wanting no drama to ensue. Meanwhile, new manager Deangelo Vickers, Deangelo and Andy Bernard, Andy try to keep Michael's biggest clients. Michael Gary Scott is a fictional character and the protagonist of the NBC sitcom, ''The Office'', portrayed by Steve Carell. Michael serves as the regional manager of the Scranton, Pennsylvania branch of paper company, Dunder Mifflin Inc. KUAM-TV (channel 8) is a television station in Hagåtña (Agana), Guam, serving the U.S. territory as an affiliate of NBC and CBS.
