''Good Side, Bad Side'' is the eleventh studio album by American rapper Master P released on March 23, 2004 on The New No Limit Records and Koch Records. The production was handled by Master P, who also collaborated with other executive producers, alongside Lil Jon , DJ Daryl, Donald XL Robertson and Myke Diesel. It marked Master P's return to his independent roots. Background After the New No Limit's deal with Universal Records expired a year earlier, P signed his company to a partnership with the independent Koch Records. ''Good Side, Bad Side'' was a moderate success. The double-disc album debuted at number 22 on the US ''Billboard 200'' with nearly 42,135 copies sold in its first week in sales. Percy Robert Miller Sr. (born April 29, 1967), known by his stage name Master P, is an American rapper, record executive, record producer, actor, and entrepreneur. He is the founder of the record label No Limit Records, which was relaunched as New No Limit Records through Universal Records and Koch Records, and again as Guttar Music Entertainment, and currently, No Limit Forever Records. He is also the founder and CEO of P. Miller Enterprises and Better Black Television, which was a short-lived online television network. Vyshonn King Miller (born June 18, 1975), better known by his stage name Silkk the Shocker, is an American rapper and actor. He originally went under the stage name Silkk, but later adopted Silkk the Shocker after the release of his first album. Shante Scott Franklin (born April 4, 1981), better known by his stage name Currensy (often stylized as Curren$y), is an American rapper. In 2011, he founded the label Jet Life Recordings. Corey Miller (born March 9, 1971), better known by his stage name C-Murder, is an American rapper and songwriter. He initially gained fame in the mid-1990s as a part of his brother Master P's label No Limit Records, primarily as a member of the label's supergroup, TRU. Miller went on to release several solo albums of his own through the label, including 1998's platinum '' Life or Death''. C-Murder has released nine albums altogether on six different labels, No Limit Records, TRU Records, Koch Records, Asylum Records, RBC Records, and Venti Uno.
