Good Ol' Days (album)
''Good Ol' Days'' is the third album of Canadian country music duo the Reklaws. It was released on November 4, 2022, via Starseed Records. It includes the previously released single " 11 Beers", as well as six previously released songs from 2021 and 2022, including " What the Truck". The album was nominated for "Country Album of the Year" at the 2023 Juno Awards and was named the "Top Selling Canadian Album of the Year" at the 2023 Canadian Country Music Awards. Background Most of the tracks on ''Good Ol' Days'' were written during the COVID-19 pandemic. Stuart Walker of the Reklaws stated that the album is "a collection of tracks that tell the story of what we were going through at the time," adding that it "allows us to close that time of our lives and look forward to what's in front of us". The Reklaws
The Reklaws are a Canadian country music duo from North Dumfries, Ontario, formed in 2012. The duo consists of siblings Stuart and Jenna Walker. They have released three albums, ''Freshman Year (album), Freshman Year'', ''Sophomore Slump (album), Sophomore Slump'', and ''Good Ol' Days''. The Canadian Country Music Association (CCMA) was founded in 1976 as the Academy of Country Music Entertainment to organize, promote and develop a Canadian country music industry. The Canadian Hot 100 is a music industry record chart in Canada for songs, published weekly by '' Billboard'' magazine. The Canadian Hot 100 was launched on the issue dated March 31, 2007, and is currently the standard record chart in Canada; a new chart is compiled and officially released to the public by ''Billboard'' on Tuesdays but post-dated to the following Saturday. The chart is similar to ''Billboard''s US-based Hot 100 in that it combines physical and digital sales as measured by Nielsen SoundScan, streaming activity data provided by online music sources, and radio airplay as measured by Broadcast Data Systems.
