Golde Flami
Golde Flami (10 February 1918 – 20 July 2007) was an Argentine actress of film, television and stage. Early life Flami was born as Golda Flon in 1918 to a Jewish family in the Russian Empire. Her family emigrated to Argentina when she was five years old. Her parents worked as a shoemaker and a dressmaker. Career She began her acting career by working in Yiddish theater in Villa Crespo, a Jewish neighborhood in Buenos Aires. Her theater career began when she was 14 years old and her film debut came at the age of 24 with a part in the movie, '' En el viejo Buenos Aires''. Flami's reached her career peak in the 1940s and 1950s. Her career as an accepted actress was launched by a 1942 drama directed by Luis Bayón Herrera, ''Los dos rivales''. Héctor Olivera (born 5 April 1931) is an Argentine film director, producer and screenwriter. Olivera worked mainly in the cinema of Argentina, but also has directed or contributed to several films made for the United States market. Biography He began his career when he was seventeen as a second assistant director and founded his own production company in 1956 at age twenty-five. He has produced over 100 features. In the United States he is known for two of his films: '' Night of the Pencils'' (1986) and ''Funny Dirty Little War'' (1983). Fernando Ayala (2 July 1920 – 11 September 1997) was an Argentine film director, screenwriter and film producer of the classic era. He is widely considered one of the most important Argentine film directors and producers in the history of the cinema of Argentina.
